Terms and Conditions (For sale goods)

Who are we

We are Bethlehem Computers Limited. In the following terms we refer to ourselves as “we” or “us”.

Returns

If you’ve received the wrong goods or they been damaged in transit, let us know within 3 days of receiving them .

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We are not responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend tracked shipping for returns so you know it has arrived back to us

Cancellations

Order cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

Payment

All payments are by direct bank deposit or cash on pickup unless otherwise arranged. No cash is held on premises so correct money is essential as change may not be given

Risk and retention of title

Risk (including any insurance responsibility) passes to you when you collect the goods (or they are collected for you); or when they are dispatched to you (this includes when we or our supplier releases the goods to a carrier to send to you).

We retain ownership of all goods supplied until we have received full payment for all goods supplied to you.

Stock levels

All goods are subject to availability.

Prices

We can change our prices at any time before accepting an order and without prior notice.

Errors and Omissions Excepted

"Errors and Omissions Excepted" simply means that every care is taken to ensure that all information on this web site is present and correct. But there may still be errors on this web site. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and / or omissions are present.

It is advisable to check both specification and pricing before quoting, ordering or using information provided on this web site

Data loss

We do not cover data loss under our warranties.We recommend that you back up your data to external drive or other.We do not cover loss of data on under any circumstances

Unusual circumstances, natural disaster and acts of God

We are not responsible to you for any loss ,destruction ,damage either directly or indirectly as a result of an Act of God ,natural disaster,unusual circumstances or anything beyond our control.

Acts of God ,natural disaster and unusual circumstances includes but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods etc, armed conflict, labour disputes, civil commotion, government intervention, transport delays, accidents, serious illness, shortages with materials, goods or facilities, and anything else beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty

All warranties are to replace or repair on first instance. Item is to be returned to base (faulty items to be shipped back to me).

All warranties are 28 days unless otherwise stated or arranged.

Warranty does not cover faults,accidents or other damage caused by buyer or COURIER company,either deliberate or accidental.

(All goods are tested and working before being sent.On arrival please inspect packaging and/or items for damage while Courier is present.Do not accept goods if damage or evidence of mishandling are present)

Warranty does NOT cover refund or responsibility for shipping costs to return goods.

Warranty covers hardware ONLY .

Courier waiver - if you have signed a courier waiver allowing for goods to be left at your property unsigned for, then we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Entire Agreement

When we accept your order then these terms and conditions, together with any additional terms we’ve advised you of or agreed to in writing*, is the entire agreement between us. You agree that there are no other understandings, representations or warranties forming a part of this agreement. In particular, if you have any special instructions that are inconsistent with or qualify these terms, then we’ll try to accommodate, but you accept that they’re not binding on us

Legal stuff

Governing law - The contract (and these terms) are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Waiver - If we waive one default it doesn’t mean that we waive of any later default (even if it’s the same type of default). If we fail to exercise any right (or delay in doing so) it doesn’t mean we waive that right.

No assignment- You can not assign or transfer this contract without our prior written consent
